How do you convince large companies to trust and invest in fragile education ecosystems?

Evidence from the GIFT Project: Designing and operationalizing a private sector engagement model that connected large employers, training institutions, and youth employability systems in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

We are headquartered in Brussels Belgium, we work with our local expert teams in the DRC, the Republic of Congo, Egypt, and Morocco, and we work with experts network in Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Guinea Conakry, Madagascar, Senegal, and Zambia.

Building Sustainability Talent to Protect the World’s Lungs

In 2025, governments, development banks, and multilateral institutions renewed their commitment to protect the Congo Basin — the world’s second-largest rainforest — through a $2.5 billion pledge under the Belém Call to Action.

The political will is clear.
The financing is mobilizing.

But forests are not protected by global pledges alone.

They are protected by people.

Without local capacity and ownership, strong institutions and systems, and responsible private sector engagement; climate commitments risk falling short.

Through partnerships with companies, universities, institutions, NGOs, and governments — and through our green career platform Impact Job Days — we develop the talent and ecosystems needed to accelerate the implementation of sustainability commitments.

Because durable climate action is not only about funding.

It is about building the people who will deliver it.
